πŸ‘©β€πŸ’ΌπŸ›οΈπŸ‡ͺπŸ‡¬Β Today, the Egyptian parliament agreed on a small change in the cabinet of Egypt. This involved changes in four ministries, with two having new female ministers, including the ministry of tourism with Rania El-Mashat, and the ministry of culture with Inas Abdeldayem (ex-president of the opera of Cairo) as minister. This comes in light of the directions by the leadership of the Egyptian presidency, led by President El-Sisi, and the great will in the Egyptian government to empower the women of Egypt in all aspects of life.Β In addition the House of Representatives of Egypt (Egypt’s parliament) has already had a large representation of women since the last elections of 2015 with 89 seats, which was a leap in Egypt’s modern history.
