The supreme constitutional court in Egypt has ruled against the regulation of peaceful protests by the ministry of interior affairs. This comes at the time when the judicial power exercises the autonomous responsibility of securing the new democratic constitution in Egypt which took effect in 2014. The new constitution in Egypt came after the two revolutions of 25th of January 2011 and 30th of June 2013.
