🏥👨⚕️💉👼💊🛏️⚕️ The national cancer institute of Egypt, in collaboration with Cairo university, is constructing the biggest not-for-profit cancer hospital catering to all patients of all ages, and providing them treatment for free, with the help of people’s donations. The hospital is currently under-construction, and when completed, it will host 1000 inpatient beds in addition to 600 outpatient beds. Construction started in 2016 and is planned to end the main phases by 2020 to receive its first patients. The hospital is being constructed over a huge 41 feddans land field on the western outskirts of the capital of Egypt, Cairo. It will have a total area of 790,000 squared meters when completed. It will be the most technologically advanced cancer diagnosis and treatment hospital in Egypt and the whole region. The hospital will provide diagnosis and treatment to all patients at no cost and without any kind of discrimination between age groups or nationality (all residents of Egypt will be able to receive treatment for free). 😊
