Last season he was able to win the Golden Boot as the top goal scorer of the premier league, and during the current season he just achieved his 50th premier league goal with Liverpool F.C. in only 69 match appearances, making him the fastest player to ever reach that number of goals in that short time. The Golden Boot

๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ†โšฝ๐Ÿ”ฅย During Mo Salah’s debut season (2017-2018) with his new side, Liverpool F.C., after he arrived from the Italian club A.S. Roma, Salah was able to score 32 goals for Liverpool in the Premier League. This made Salah become the top scorer of the league, where he was crowned with the prestigious Premier League Golden Boot award for being the player who scored most goals. With 32 goals, Salah became the record goal scorer in any single season of the premier league, exceeding the previous record of 31 goals by the likes of English legend Alan Shearer and other players like Luis Suarez (Uruguay) and Christiano Ronaldo (Portugal). Salah also became the record holder of the player scoring in the most number of games in a single season, where he scored in 24 games from the total 38 games played. It is also worth mentioning that Mo’s 32 goals meant that he ended his season scoring more goals than whole teams in the premier league, including the teams of Swansea City (28 goals), Huddersfield Town (28 goals), and West Bromwich Albion (31 goals). Overall, Mo also scored 44 goals in the season (including goals scored in European competitions) making him equalise the record held by theย Dutch legend Ruud van Nistelrooy as the top scorer ever from the English league scoring that number of goals in a single season.
