🏆🔺🦅🇪🇬 The Egyptian Red Eagles, Al Ahly Sporting Club, has made history yesterday with two great performances in the men’s handball and football arena, becoming the champions of Africa in handball and setting a new Egyptian football premier league scoring record. The handball team won the African handball cup for this year. In terms of football, Al-Ahly (currently on top of the league) scored its 72nd goal this season in the Egyptian premier league during its win against Petrojet 2-1, making Al-Ahly the most scoring team in a single season of the Egyptian premier league. The last record was held by Tersana S.C. with 71 goals during the 1963-1964 season, which was broken yesterday after 54 years! Congratulations Al-Ahly for the great performances! 👏
