The Slovenian president Borut Pahor has arrived today to Egypt’s capital, Cairo, to meet with the Egyptian president ElSisi, in order to discuss future and continuous collaboration efforts for peace and economical development in our Mediterranean region, Europe, and the Middle East. Both counterparts have agreed to strengthen the lifelong friendship between the two nations by establishing bilateral political alignment for peace in the region and the whole world, in addition to economical cooperation in terms of investments and trade.

The Slovenian president expressed his extreme happiness of being in Egypt and having a very warm-hearted and friendly welcome from the Egyptian people. On the other hand, president ElSisi also expressed his gratitude to the Slovenian president and the Slovenian people for all the support and synchronization between both friend nations.
